Oklahoma House Approves Bill Restricting Teen Drivers from Texting While Driving - A Step in the Right Direction for Driver Safety

Teenage drivers in Oklahoma will be prohibited from talking or texting on a hand-held cell phone in non-emergency situations under a bill approved by the Oklahoma House.  This bill is a step in the right direction to make illegal texting while driving, a driving error that causes thousands of deaths and serious injuries a year in the United States.
