Nicole Snapp-Holloway has been with Maples, Nix & Diesselhorst since its inception in January, 2015.  She began as an associate with the Maples Law Firm in the Summer of 2009Currently, her main area of practice are personal injury law, medical malpractice and nursing home negligence.  She routinely coordinates much of the firms’ appellate work, research and brief writing.  In 2014, Nicole was recognized by the Oklahoma Association for Justice with the Rex Travis Listserv Award for her contributions to the group by providing support to its members on research issues.  Recently admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, she has participated in the successful fight against an appeal of the Oklahoma Supreme Courts’ ruling favorable to Plaintiffs on the issue of forced arbitration.

Nicole also has extensive experience in employment law and civil rights litigation, discrimination and sexual harassment.  She spent the much of her early career specializing in Plaintiff's employment law, battling Age, Gender, Racial and Religious discrimination as well as many FMLA and ADA cases. She has also been an instructor teaching substantive law courses for paralegal programs as well as an editor for the Oklahoma Supreme Court Network. She is licensed to practice before all Oklahoma Courts, the Supreme Court of the United States, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, Colorado, the United States Bankruptcy Court in Oklahoma as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.   Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Nicole is a proud Alumna of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and was a member of the Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority.  She earned her Juris Doctor from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.  An avid tennis player and cook, she and her husband Carl live in Edmond, Oklahoma with their menagerie of furry children that includes three dogs and two cats.
