Shea Bracken is an attorney with Maples, Nix & Diesselhorst.  His practice focuses primarily on personal injury and tort litigation, including medical malpractice, nursing home injuries, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability.  His legal background includes clerking and working as an attorney for well-known and prestigious Oklahoma law firms.  He has litigated severe injury and high damage cases.  Due to his background, Shea has a unique set of skills which help him obtain justice and the best outcome for his clients.  He has a passion for litigating cases and being in the courtroom.  He is known for his laidback personality and the ability to become friends with anyone he meets.

Shea grew-up in Stillwater, Oklahoma.  Following high school, Shea served in the United States Marine Corp as an Infantry TOW Gunner.  He is a decorated war veteran with a combat deployment to Fallujah during Operation Iraqi Freedom II.  Shea obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma State University in 2008.  He graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2011.  While in law school, Shea graduated near the top of his class and was a member of the Law Review and Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity.  His honors included Faculty and Dean’s honor roll, Merit Scholar and CALI awards for Contracts.  Shea is an active member in the community, including being a member of VFW, Oklahoma City Young Professionals, and Marine Corp League.  He is also a volunteer with local organizations, including United Way of Central Oklahoma and Oklahoma Lawyers for American Heros.  He is member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, Oklahoma Association of Justice, and Turner Inn Of Court.  Shea’s hobbies include hanging with his wife, Lindsay, anything to do with sports, especially Oklahoma State and Thunder, exercising, reading, and watching movies.
